Our Story
Women in AI & Analytics Mentoring was founded with a simple belief: when women support women, incredible things happen.
Starting as a small group of passionate professionals, we recognized the need for structured mentorship and community support in the rapidly growing fields of AI and analytics. Our founders experienced firsthand the transformative power of mentorship and wanted to create those opportunities for others.
What began as informal meetups has grown into a vibrant community of hundreds of members, dozens of mentor-mentee matches, and partnerships with leading organizations. We’ve hosted workshops, networking events, and educational sessions that have helped countless women advance their careers.
